About Mindfulness

Mindfulness research shows that in order to improve attention, increase emotional regulation and sense of well-being, you must reduce emotional emergencies and improve empathy and social skills.  Adding mindfulness to any setting can cultivate an exceptional learning environment, create positivity, develop compassion, build resiliency, and improve grades in school.  Participants will discover the positive impacts of mindfulness, participate in mindful strategies, learn how to access multiple resources, and how to integrate mindfulness into a trauma-sensitive cases.
