Grant amount: $6,000 – $16,000
The purpose of the Youth Development and Culture Grant (YDCG) Program is to reduce the disproportionate number of Alaska Native youth who come into contact with the juvenile justice system. YDCG seeks to strengthen protective factors for Alaska Native youth by funding projects that connect youth to culture and/or develop leadership skills.
RurAL CAP requests proposals for projects that are innovative and implement either culture activities/camps or youth leadership development.
